ONLINE GOLF LESSON

At 'Golf Made Simple'(GMS), we have many Beginners that come to see us who are completely new to the game - with no experience - and who are now back home playing golf with their friends.
Starting out as a Newcomer to the game of golf is an important time for a new Golfer. And unfortunately it is too easy for a Beginner to get mixed-up with an overload of mechanical golf techinque mumbo jumbo that many golf lessons employ.  And in those situations it causes a Newcomer to develop “Paralysis by Analysis” - making it harder for you to enjoy the game.
That’s why Golf Made Simple developed the 'Newcomer To Golf Program' – this program is specific to Beginner Golfers so that you can learn to hit the golf ball and get on the golf course in a minimal amount of time.  The way the program is designed, it will have you on the golf course on your very first day with us!

Why do so many Beginner Golfers choose GMS over other Golf Instruction?

  • Why would a 2 or 3 day intensive program be better for you than once a week lessons?
With GMS, each morning you'll work on learning your golf swing at the practice facility and each afternoon you'll go on the golf course with your Instructor for 9-holes of On-Course Instruction! With "regular" beginner golf lessons lasting only 30 or 60 minutes once a week - it would take well over 12 weeks to get to the point you were hitting the ball well enough to go on the golf course.

  • And after those 12 weeks - you still wouldn't have learned anything about putting, chipping, pitching, and sand shots. Plus, you wouldn't have learned how to play on the golf course or anything about club selection, golf course ettiqutte, golf rules or golf lingo.
So basically - with the 'Newcomer To Golf Program' - you'll be on the golf course on the afternoon of Day 1 of a GMS program (and Day 2 and Day 3) playing golf. And after your 2 or 3 days - you'll be ready to play golf at home. Using once a week lessons or clinics - it'll be a minimum of 5 months before you're ready for the golf course (and you won't be doing as well as if you started with GMS).

  • Do you need your own equipment to come see GMS?
We know that many Newcomers to Golf don't have equipment yet. And we don't expect for you to run out and buy equipment before coming to see us - that wouldn't be a good idea. So we can supply golf clubs for you. Which would be better than just going to the golf store before coming to see us. We don't sell clubs, but we can recommend what clubs you might want to purchase based on your skill level. This is just another area our GMS Golf Instructors will help you.

  • Has GMS worked with many Beginner Golfers?
Yes! Beginner Golfers have traveled from every continent (except Antartica) to GMS so that they can learn to play golf using the 'Newcomer To Golf Program'. Newcomers to golf need to be taught with a certain style - a style that is different than a more experienced Golfer would receive. You'll see that GMS Instructors are trained and have much experience with Beginner Golfers - Newcomers to the game.
